Coconuts are one of the healthiest foods I know of, and whata a nut,,in Trinidad we have coconut vendors all over the place. People stop their cars and buy them 24/7. Some places you can still see the Donkey and cart with all the coconuts piled up in it...
Give me a medium with jelly I'd ask and they cut a hole on the top of it with a cutlash,, we are experts at not allowing the water to fall on our clothes as it stains.
Now a days they want to offer you a nasty plastic straw,,hmmmm and sometimes even have them packed on ice,,, yuck... gimme raw, no straw... hahah
With coconuts you can get butter at the heart of the nut, bread which is the next layer, jelly and water. With the outer layer of the nut one can make dishes. Just before the outer layer is straw. Mannnn whata nut.
