Not even a little bit? I don't believe you lol. Gaze at your hand while upholding silence......just loosely hold the view/feel of your hand as you gaze at it. There will likely be some subtle perceptual shifts you experience...in what you see...what you feel....a feeling of loosening of solid reality perhaps...a subtle shift in the quality of light around/within the object of your gaze. Those subtle perceptual shifts are nothing to dismiss, mon ami....they are not insignificant. They are the beginning of it all and, if followed through upon, will lead to wonderful places. It takes time, barring blasting oneself with entheogens...barring the rare individual with supreme natural talent (not me! . I'm a sllllloooooooowwww learner)
All it takes is a little optimistic experimentation with one's own awareness.
