I said it was hard to explain.
My visual/perception is not was I was talking about, really. What I described seeing is just a "signal" that I have noticed when I am touching on that mode of thought or mind that I have come to think of as "Not Judging." That, to me, is the important thing.
The "opposite" of that mode of mind (Judging) is what we do all of the time, so we do not notice it.
In the beginning stages of his apprenticeship CC was directed by DJ to look at the shadows between the leaves instead of the leaves themselves. It requires a certain suspension of that faculty of mind.
