I'm with you, MS. Re-applying my awareness continually in my daily experience. Right now. Was I diverted moments before now? Lost in thought driven by excessive self-protective emotion? Then I can just bring the light of awareness onto that, honestly and fully....burn it...and get back to being silently aware. And then repeat this process over and over again until my awareness becomes sustained action...unbending intent. Continually active awareness!
