but quite repulsedlly, a couple have sex ,

Somebody non related involved with martial arts recently told me that you can breath out the color red and breathe in the color blue i think that was the sequence ? , a means for healing ,
power has the ability to make trains go fast , symbolicaly colored "value to interpretation individual"
and harnessing that balance can be an exercise in breath .
