Unknow.nagual, about recapping dreams, I have lately gotten certain people and situations appearing in my dreaming, upon reflection of my dream, I know that I am to recap the situation or person. For me it is just a feeling that I have to recap them, an immediate knowing. So I do think that using dreaming to guide you in what to recap is a useful tool, however just recapping whole dreams, just to get that experience out of you is a technique that I have not heard recommended.
