I only practised the passes for the first few years..
from when the book was first published for about eighteen months.. twice daily..
I was quite bluntly doing the entire first Half of the BOOK, in sequence when my brain exploded.. and i stopped doing them,
after a decade of not doing them.. I have still retained my intitial "teaching"
And instead use cleargreen connections as a reference point for my STUDY OF TIME!
It also facillitates the grounding of awarness within the perameters of non abstract ergonomics..
