I dont...or havent yet. I have just begun a new focus on my health and started doing yoga again. I tried that movement last night from the video. I am going to do a few more tonight. I am not wanting to rush over anything so I am going slow so I can intergrate it into my life. I am also doing some breathing exercises and taking some steps to rebuild my adrenal health.
