This also brings up the consideration that if PTs are here to help us get over our hurts and wounds etc, and that is their function, then what value does hurt and other related emotions have?
Such as, sometimes if we stand up to a PT (stick up for ourself), that act redeploys energy. In other instances, its being humble to a PT that redeploys the energy (release pride). We always know when we have achieved energy redeployment becasue we feel it and it shifts our ap to a stance of freedom, not indefinitely nor total freedom but after the encounter and if power is stored its a permanent change regarding that situation.
Sometimes we can chose the wrong option, such as see a PT and think we must be humble with them, yet in fact the situation called for confrontation, and other times we think we should confront but in truth its humility thats the ticket out of personal hell.
