Interesting tale! I have tried this, but in my area, I have thick woods and swamps. One can't really travel swiftly. There are many trails and I know them all, so I have no trouble day or night. It seems like it might work well in open areas. I simply thought it was very interesting and another way to stop the internal dialogue!
