These kinds of natural protection is what I respect most.
I am not so much into these hidding for dear life kinda systems. That is why I never found home in the magic societies - and I come from a place where this has a loooong traidtion. It is just that they are so obsessed with hiding, it is morbid, it takes unnecessary attention and awareness. And I have seen people hiding in plain sight with no effort at all - and imo that is the better way to do it
