Hahaha xD What the hell did I walk in on... since I'm here...
For once Rosy was highly appropriate! Serloco, you are the naughty one xD Rosy, I like the connections you made with the cat. That's a totally groovy expression of power and how to accomplish a shift in the HAP.
Serloco, that's definitely an applicable expression of the same technique.
To add something that hasn't been touched on yet (lol):
When we move our own HAP or that of another it's an orchestra of frequency.
We adjust ourselves, to adjust another.
That's where the phrase, "To master another, we must first master ourselves," comes from.
The masters of HAP shifting are chameleons--they have to be.
When one becomes a chameleon, the energetic arrangement becomes very flexible.
The risk of losing the mind increases if strength is not developed.
It's dangerous to induce HAP shifts in others. Dangerous due to the degree of adjustment the person must undergo during those shifts (for the giver or receiver). I don't deliberately stalk people who are courteous to the awareness of others. Everyone is surfing their own frequency thread and so long as they don't disrupt the threads of others (their HAP) then I have no reason to push them.
Some come from the school of thought that we must never shift the HAP of anyone, no matter what. Others come from the school of thought that they will shift anyone and everyone to match their inner perspective. I come from the school of thought that everyone should be empowered in their choice of perspective (including their HAP); so long as it doesn't infringe upon that of another.
Understanding when to shift HAPs is important. First, one has to be wise enough to know how to make those shifts occur (in self and others). Second, once one is wise enough they ought to use it to protect the space of those still developing that gift. If not--hahaha you're up sh*t creek without a paddle and there are always larger creatures within the darkness. Good luck with those as*holes.
