Here are 4 things that are/were difficult for me to come to grips with. Maybe by reading the perspectives from others, I/we can gain the feelings necessary to grasp and use these tools more effectively.
1- What does it mean to "stalk one's own perception"?
2- What is a true recapitulation? Is it better to actively practice this, or randomly do it as memories arise, or both, or some other method?
3- Whatis the secret to having active, lucid dreams ALL the time, as opposed to occasionally?
4- How does one use death as his/her best advisor, in realworld terms?
If there is reasonable participation in answering these, we can possibly help each other.
