Lone Wolf, I understand your replies. But there are some that may not. Let me ask you about your answers.
1- Regarding What is "stalking one's own perception", you said:
"Seeing what is one's tonal."
What does that mean? Seeing? Who is seeing? Why is seeing one's tonal the same as stalking one's perception?
2- When I recap, I "hook" an emotion from the event, person, or timeframe that I'm working with... then I go on from there. What is done, specifically, to release the emotion, once one is contemplating the event? Is there some way to know that we have released those un-needed fibers and recovered our lost ones? If we contemplate that event again, will the emotion still be there?
3- Regarding regular lucid dreaming, you said: "The secret is attention of the intent of the dreamer". This assumes that one can control the intent. Is there something specific that one can do daily to manipulate the intent in that way, resulting in regular lucid dreams and awake dreaming?
4- How does one become familiar with death? As someone that has had many close calls and seen the death of many, during war, for me it was simple to recap those events. This brought the feeling or brush with death to my attention and I use that awareness. For someone without those experiences, it may not be so easy...
Thank you for your replies.
