Good Morning!
We as humans can become fixed in many ways. The art of a warrior is to remain fluid in order to be able to move the assemblage point easier.
In the reference you bring up with Soledad, the exercise was the direction we often as humans become fixed in with our bodies.
We will continue to face a certain direction such as "east" and with our body/head we will become fixed in turning in a specific way each time in that direction.
I have stalked myself in this and found I become fixed south alot and will turn left. To correct this I would face another direction with my head turned right and maintain this meditation for as long as it takes and several times.
Stalk yourself and see if you do have this problem. Often by recapping we can find the answer to why we become this way.
