I always thought that the balance is necessary for a living beings, if their intent is to reach freedom, total freedom, with losing any dependence.
Can you maybe give some link, or write down more about that old Chinese technique? It has some ideals I agree with.
I also wonder, what do you here think about the dragons in generally?
What are they? Are they just imagination, representation of the meteors hitting the Earth in the early middle age (as Discovery channel says
