))I sing 'ohm' before every meditation..It is amazing how certain points inside you vibrate and how much is better meditation with singing 'ohm' before..
It is interesting, trying it in dreaming). I did it spontaneously twice when I wrote how I did entire meditation program in dreaming.
I'm glad you like your meditation course! Just keep on with it. If it makes you feel good, joyful then it is a right thing to do.
