Ok question.... intent and blue printing...
Ok I'm catching myself always playing out every scenario of importance, like example right now I'm preparing myself for the training I have later today for a new position,I got a promotion and I'm going to be working a double. I've been playing out the best ways to conserve energy to make it through today awake and sharp in the second attention,aka a day dream.,a little tiny piece of the second attention. I do this to strategically to move correctly on this chess board which is my life. In doing so I play out the negative first usually because the mind habitually thinks negative it's like a spoiled child with a new toy. Always playing with it and never letting go.. I know this and work hard at stopping all negative thoughts.. but I think of them,I see them mentally ....is this blue printing? If so how do I keep negative thoughts from intending when I'm just looking at things strategically?
