This is up to you and you're nature. I would prefer not to work with the IB's that seem to tempt me to go to the twin world we are most familiar with, because it is full of projections that seem to appeal to my indulgences and this makes me suspicious. But if you are strong in spirit you can go there to serve your needs and then leave (after a while you shouldnt need them).
But not all IB are the same. I would bet that not all scouts are IB's either (although most probably are) but dreamers from other organic realms or this one.
Personally, I would prefer to work on my skills and use the dreaming body in the waking world.
