You NEED to make declarations of intent to TEACH YOU!
for instance
I ........(your name)........ Declare the rose as sacred.
wherever i take let the channel run dry.
wherever i force let the channel be blocked.
I....(your name)... declare the rose as sacred.
I ....(your name ) bind myself from doing harm and ask all my intent to reflect!
I...(you name) ask that if i have made mistakes to this day.. that from this day their resolution shall be my death!
that sort of ****!
and you have to say it genuinly..

honourable oath.. call it what you willl
but if you dont make a couple of these a year...
your not of benefit to the cuase.. and more likeley to be part of a group
of energy thieves..
waiting to be slain when the warriors arrive.
