Interesting post dreamways. Nice to meet you.
Two days ago Nagual LoneWolf's post on a different thread reminded me of two events: a double rainbow I saw a few years back and my first
"seeing" in a dream experience. A tree. It appeared to me surrounded in an orange- reddish light, like it was on flames. I realized that it was not
burning it was simply...alive.
This image "stuck" because it unites them both: Yggdrasil and the double rainbow.
Greetings PerSyd. The more I learn about these "power trees" in dreaming the more perplexed I am about them. There is definitely more
than one type of manifestation of the tree, but some how they are all tied together even when they are far apart in different dream worlds with different
characteristics. The tree represents the heart and wisdom. It is not just power but "true power". This power that the tree has just makes it all
the more difficult to grasp. When I see the tree, I see aspects of myself in it as well as what is "not me", it's like the tree has a sense of
self and purpose beyond human experience, which reminds me of inorganic beings in a way. I think it reflects organic and inorganic energy, its a refreshing
experience in the dream realm.
