Since I upgraded my way in life and get up earlier. I recall 3 dreams from each night.. Unfortunely I have little time to look at them. I plan to do it here.
On theme is on and that is dreaming about energy bands and merging, talking with or traveling in them - I reflect my daily life well as Seeing energy is very prominent in my daily awareness. Im so lucky that I can practice meditation a lot during my work ))
