I'm in the second attention most of the time while I type. In fact, how I can tell is how fast I can type. The faster, the deeper I am in the second attention...it's a direct relation.
If I try to think about what I'm typing or how fast or accurate I'm typing, I slip back into the first attention.
I know what you're talking about in other words. Good. It's an excellent way to overcome the forgetfulness that plagues us after our excursions into the second atten. You go into trance, write and it's all there later.
Sometimes when I go back and read what I wrote, I recognize it surely enough, but it looks like something I've read before that someone else wrote. Does that make sense?"The sceptics act as if they know for certain. It is an act, because there is no way for anyone to be certain about anything. The sceptic deludes himself with his false sense of clarity."
