I also tick like seesaw, I like descriptions. I love reading experiences. But I also understand an experience that would show this might be a bit harder to describe . I would love a description of the state/experience of how it is when one aligns the two APs, the one of the double with the one of the tonal self. Is it similar to seeing/silent knowledge when one suddenly knows stuff one 'should not'. Like having a memory of something that did not 'really' happen. I could imagine that is a sign of aligning or catching the AP of the double a bit closer. But what do I know?
Also I am sure it has some other accompanying signs.. ones we (that means you, Lonewolf and quantumshaman ) could maybe bring to light in this thread
And what happens when we see/directly communicate with ourselves (our double) then, in terms of APs, would you also call that an alignment? Maybe of some other sort, hm.. brain explodes
