I have no particular ties to Greece that I'm aware of, but upon doing a bit of research into the shennanigans of Greece in that time period, I discovered that a lot of my own prejudices against "the church" may stem from what occurred there/then - so this "past life" is actually a tool to enable me to confront & examine my own beliefs: where did they come from, what can I learn from them, and - most important - WHY do they exist? Knowing these things helps me to uncover the layers of the answer to the first question: "Who are you?" And ultimately, that's really the ONLY question that matters, because THAT question contains the key to the door to the totality of oneself. Who we ARE actually IS the totality of ourselves.
