keep a pen and paper beside your bed.. write little snippets of the dream as soon as you wake.. quickly attempt to think about the main themes, what they could be to do with.. keep them in mind till next morning..
um.. and also try intending a dream on a particular topic.. could be somethign as simple as 'having a fun dream' or a 'healing dream'. practise this, and dream recall is boudn to get better..
