Should one Dream?

ok try again, I was saying that one of the reasons that Im taking a break here is that Im trying to complete my MSc in Transpersonal Psychology....and im having to write a critique on a paper on video gaming and lucid dreaming. Its quite interesting to find out where the scientific community are getting to with this. There is a definitie correlation to frequent lucid dreaming and video gaming for example. Im going to post a couple of links starting with this one which is just a debate as to whether one should try to lucid dream. Will post any more I come across.
