i haven't been over to check out lunoor's site yet, but i do recall a segment from the art of dreaming, i believe, in which castaneda is relating how he discovered that falling asleep with the soles of the feet together, tipped into a forward bend, was a very effective position for his dreaming. there are a couple of other passages which similarly describe positions of the body that create desirable effects by bringing the calves close in to the area which assembles the second attention in the front of the body. these positions sound very much like a very simple yogic posture. i'll post a tag below here in case it's helpful to anyone.
