ok I'm slightly freaked out to say the least!
I'm an insomniac and suffer from countless nights of restless and disturbed sleep but I've been having strange experiences for a while now. Last night
I yet again had trouble getting to sleep and was in a restful state yet fully aware of my surroundings, this in when I get my experiences. I felt myself what
felt like leave my body. I could see my bed but I wasn't in it. I was lead by a force dragging me away from my room to a dark place. Here there was an
almost exact replication of a corridor in my 6th form center... I say almost exact because there was something not quite right about it, I cant say what but I
didn't like it. anyway fully aware of what I was seeing I tried to imagine myself walking out only to be dragged back (and this is the freaky part)by my
insides! I could actually see my insides being dragged in front of me and they were pulling my body with it. I was stuck here for what seemed like ages and
only came around when I gathered all of my strength and just kind of fell back into my body. I have always had vivid dreams but they've never been so
sinister or terrifying. I woke up with a tear on my face. has anyone else had a similar feeling? like they are trapped and scared. is it normal for such things
to feel so realistic? did I astral project when I felt I wasn't in my body? I didn't feel free like I could fly like some people have said. I felt like
I was being forced to go to this place. help!
