i had a lucid dream much like yours after a little while i read yours... hehe it was a very strange expereince
DOUBLE DREAM BODY
I become lucid in my bedroom, and can feel what appears to be my actual physical body, lying next to me. It is a strange and unusual feeling, as I break free from it. I can still see an energetic outline of my 1st body, and my neck crinks a little as I move about. What's even stranger is that my 1st body moves around with me. Noticing this, I decide to pick it up. I take hold of it in my hands - lifting it is as difficult as lifting a real person. I begin to wonder what's happenign to my real physical body - what if it's actually walking around my own bedroom with me. I am quite bewildered, and try and open my bedroom door. I soon find myself in my parents room.
They seem to be asleep and I'm standing beside their bed. I see our cat Bobo, and gaze into her eyes, as if to say 'hi'. Movement is very difficult - and this is mainly due to the retention of this second body - which I now realise is not my physical body. Mentally, I have an okay understanding of what is happening, but can't think of any way out of it. Insted, I start dancing around in a small circle. My arms raised above my head - like a doll. I feel just like a sleepwalker would, and I see my mum look up at me. Scared out of her wits, she puts her arms over her eyes - as if to pretend it isn't happening. As I wake, I see a residual image of me remaining around their room. Strange stuff!
