So, with respect to fear, the isometric force is the act of meeting the force of fear with equal force of impassive awareness? Seems so, just based on impressions when reading.
Seems like that is the way of every challenge faced as well, regardless of how it manifests. But this is just based on what I can glean in terms of what I'm facing, here and now, as personal challenges and what I feel is the way forward amidst those challenges: meeting the force of them directly with open awareness.
Beyond that, I'm just speculating which doesn't do me any good at all.
