Are you sure about this? Don't you think that, as a group, an evolution would have far more impact, more energy and a greater reach than if an individual evolved alone? I think, that the more individulas evolve and the more these individuals sharea nd learn and grow together, the more it allows for group evolution and transferring of awareness from singular to a more global reach.
