Stalking stalking others, this is what I see fwiw.
The concept of stalking others, as well as the supposed best reaction to it, are agreements a small group of people came up with...but is not, in fact, an agreement shared by the world at large. In other words, stalking others is a game a small group of people play to exercise (and feed) their ego and self importance and to use to ultimately see themselves as better than others who don't react in the agreed to way (maybe in an effort to help them fully get that there are no guides save for themselves???). Those knowing the game, of course, are well versed in the agreed to way to react and therefore perform the agreed to reaction as though they are, through their performance, now a master rather than an actor. Sort of like sparring karate with unsupecting citizens (punching and kicking them from behind) and assuming that although they have studied karate themselves that they should have no reaction. However, try as this small group might (and you try and you try, and you try), you always get the same reaction. Einstein's definition of insanity is doing to same thing over and over again expecting a different result. If you come at someone with a sword, invariably, the person will raise their shield...the pattern is as the pattern is.
It would seem to me, that if one truly wanted to play a game of stalking others, to truly test their skill, that they first seek the agreement of the other to play the game.
And, it would seem to me that impeccability demands that one does not do anything that does not yield a benefit.
But that's just me.
