Let me say this is a lovely thread, and I really appreciate it's intent . To look at how conversations/threads 'work' is an interesting thing to observe around here and I have done so now and then .
i posted something a bit connected to this topic in the admin/mod log thread, thought it would fit here :
concerning premeditation [as in pre thinking how one posts], some things are better not premeditated and others should be. Im not gonna say which is which for whom, but i do see sometimes people dont put much into their posts .
Posting is a very good self-stalking mechanism for warriors, i find. We see our behavior and see our emotions and reactions to posts etc. We can learn to see/feel the intents of threads and decide to do our best in supporting and not disrupting them.
but we do choose how we behave, and if we dont, if its just how it happens without us having control (without us allowing it consciously to go into that mode for a good reason) then we still got work ahead. And we sure should be able to make short as well as long posts and polite as well as impolite and sensible and nonsensical - we just need to choose what to put out consciously . And be ready to reap the consequences heh.
[and, I want to add, we should also be mindful of others while doing that/choosing how to answer, cause we are not alone here..]
when a person sees a thread he or she can also see what their post does to it. If the poster doesnt really know what they are posting (and cant see the bigger thread there that they hang their beads onto) it can become a big mess pretty soon.
one always sees seer/nagual here seer/nagual there on this (these) forum(s), i am in third attention you in second, or you in tonal im in second. but, imo, from the way people post and communicate one can really see how good they (these naguals) have stuff under control, and what order they have on their tables.
