I hope you found what reality is for you.
I would say that thoughts have very little effect on reality.
If you observe thoughts for any length of time, you may realise that they are not even yours.
Thought, thinker and object thought about are all reduced to consciousness in a bigger picture.
It is there, where they are one homogeneous substance, that magic happens.
Will and Intent - these are the tools of warriors.
Thinking belongs to the tonal/1st attention and it doesn't really change anything.
For a warrior, the only change worth noting is a change from the first to the second attention,
and this begins when the thought/internal dialogue stops.
So what did you find about reality?
