There is much pleasure, but also there is loss of all known.
There is a whole new world to stark from being in the AP of-letting-go-of-ego.
Still though the experiences of the ego, reaches the awarness every moment. Sometimes it is not noted other times in creams in desire or pain or other emotions.
Also the little voice in the head pops up again and again
