That sounds good in theory, but how have you observed it playing out? Myself, I've seen it quickly devolve into altercations of the "enlightened" versus the "unenlightened". Some Toltec forums have been built on this sort of interaction, and I would submit that it's the exception rather than the rule that it doesn't produce a dis-spiritng effect, rather than a "more aware" membership.
