We grow, and we behave like fools in the quest for love, always seeking it, until it exhausts us. Live can be lived without love, but what a sad world it would be to be without it! OMG. Nonsense. Every baby's only concern is survival. That's why they learn to smile. Consider seriously why you think you need love. It is pure self-importance. Equate the nagual to the ocean...does the ocean "love" anyone, or anything that it provides sustenance for? Did it express "love" in the Japanese tsunami?
Well of course the ocean doesnt love us, we can drown in it! But what about love from others? I don't see it as self-important. When I'm in love I give. Not cause I necessarily need anything in return, but because I want to give to the other person.
