there is potential power and kinetic power (that which we utilise) the potential power is always available, its whether we can receive that into ourselves (magnetic), that shows our connection with and to it.
Stalking the blocks to receiving (as power is always there) is the key.....to the continual flow and expansion.
simple electromagnetics......they are intertwined and neither can exist without the other, like the ying yang. like colour and sound, like thunder and lightning.
Only through the use of both, can your field of influence get bigger.
