How do you meditate? I have the same problem with concentration and remembering so my life is in a mess.
I think the transergrita may be help with it so I am goign to start practising it. To help fix your concetration you should be fixing your awarness (aware) in your wake life or so I have read. I am also gonna start practicing that. (takeing to much load eh? )
My hints were 3. First I was rereading book from Castaneda "Art Of Dreaming" and I came across the spot where I underlined paragraph concerning recapitulation. I took a piece of paper and wanted to write down "Have ti start with recapitulation" but instead of that I wrote "I have to start FROM recapitulation" Second I was talking with one girl who is in magic and it was like looking into my own history. Third. I gote a url to a web site about Castaneda as I was listing thru web site I come across recapitulation and It just accured mi tha ithat were hints. Also I have started reading Castaneda's "Power Of Silence" And there was Manifestation of Spirit it just was like final dot.
