few weeks ago i was tested on ADS (attention deficit syndrome??)but im still waiting for the result...hm..
i was told several ways to srengthen the concentration, but in the end they are alle simmilar to meditation, my meditation teacher said the best way is to make a little black spot on a wall, then sit infront of it and an concentrate on this spot. every thought , every emotion should be immediatly thrown into the point..let there only be this point on your mind.
but i thinkl i will start with meditation first..
when i meditate i sit down, first i sing two mantras a few times, i have learned 5 mantras in my meditation course...but i mostly sing 2 or three of them,
its
-AUM aparajitaya nama *invincibility*
-AUM rudraya nama *transformation*
-AUM govindaya nama *protection*
then i sing AUM / OHM for a few minutes or more
then i get quiet and concentrate on breathing, breathe in, hold breath, breathe out, hold breath, breathe in.....
thats all...
