I'll try that it sound interesting and I did something like that once or twice when I was small.
Unfortunatly I never meditated not with the mantras. Do you close your eye when you meditate?

Can you write recapping in more details. I have read on web page it good to divide ones life into severel segment for example elementary school, high school, new house, marriega and such and recap part by part
