hey...you mean tensegrity?? castanedas magic movements...?
i tryed it, but with the book its not easy to make it right on your own i think...i bought the videos but i dont have a videorecorder...
a few years ago when i was on the german board i had to read thousands of discussions about tensegrity, its fake, its just pimped thai chi and qi gong and so on...i never heard such a discussion here...
anybody wants to start one??

another common tecnique to train your attention is to take a clock and only pay attention on the second hand of your clock, when you managed to keep all your attention on the second hand...you can make it more difficult with putting the clock in front of your TV while something intresting is going on, and you shall still keep all your attention on the second hand..
