Recapitation has two main objectives. The first is to free up energy and the second is to satisfly the awareness of the Eagle and its demand upon your energy.
The first objective should be organized to a point where the warrior can identifly the following in his life and then of course relive it.
Tramatic events
Pain: such as major damages/mental and physical.
Death encounters
The occupation of your body by the foreign installation
the holding back of events forgotten
encounters with spiriual beings
When we die or leave with our body into the other worlds we take with us mustered energy.
A warrior hopefully will survive death/eagle but he may surrender to it after he has made his dance.
That is what most do. They have only enough to make death wait for a short time.
One who has recapped their energy and face death as one enitiy have much more a chance to escape its grabbing hands and seek freedom behind the eagle.
