Recapitulation

You know Dr. Lee, I'd just start breathing in those memories as you have them, don't let that infernal list get in the way. Who's to say that you
will retrieve that memory again? Also, it is my opinion that as you release those memories it clears your energy in such a way as to lead you to more
memories. I broke all the rules when I started the recapitulation process, not at first, I tried to start a list, and I did the recommended way, making a list
of sexual relationships, and I cleared a few of those out of the way, just easy, moseying along, then one day I decided that I would just jump on in, right to
my source of pain, what held me back, my mental battlefield, which for me was my relationship with my Mother, Father and brothers and sisters(I am the youngest
of five). This really got things moving for me, and I only got to my oldest sister in the recap., but my dreaming changed completely. Sadly, I stopped, but
now your post has reminded me that I do need to recapitulate again. Good luck with your recap.
