Hi doctalee and dreamgirl,
I've been mulling over recap a lot since I started comming here regularly and even even before I read much Casteneda I read other writings that advise it
and realized that it would help but all the times I sat down with a pen writing I wasn't able to reach the emotional content and I think that is most
important. The most effective way for me has been tracing the issues that come up in my current life back to earlier issues in my life, then the emotions were
available to me and I was able to grieve and see how my faulty actions were related to events of earlier times, and free up energy, however I don't want
wait for more stumbling to occur, I wish to proceed again with the pen and find a method that works for me. Doctor Green recommended one for me to try and I as
of yet haven't, makes my resistance clear to me. I wish to proceed with my recapitulation.
