Hey dr. Lee
There are different ways to approache the recap.
A structured one I mix together.
1. What happened (factual)
2. How did I feel? (also bodysensations - like: a dark red and blue tension in the neck)
3. Thoughts
4. Actions I did or wanted to do
5. Designing a new strategy.
Most of the time it is enough for me to get clear about it, to let it go. Other times I need to breath it out and let go, let go let go... until im FREE
This metode I use on the daily recap on where I failed to be self-UNimportant and othervice failed in being a warrior
