Yes, I agree with you, but still keep an album because its not the album that is an attachment, attachments occur in how one perceives what they say do or think. So, in Wolf's example, he reviewed his experience of climbing the mountain, and he removed the parts that pertained to him "his achievement" the "I climbed the mountain" and what was left was just the experiences. We still remember our past, unless we lose our memory due to injury of some sort. And so if we remember our past, we can choose to remember it in a way that is not attached by making the effort of stalking the parts that need to be released the "I did this, its about me" parts.
