could you explain to me how this is a specifically stalker's experience? or you just mean because you are a stalker. I am not actually so sure what I am in terms of those two categories.
well like I said before, AP is all about states/feelings. I also experienced a coming back of past states. What is important is that if I feel back to some state and get that feeling back it is reality for me in the present. It is like time travel , in terms of states. The body (but not only) has just one time, just the present. If you remember something from the past it is the present for the you now. What you need is a good memo or key or footprint (however you wish to call it) to how you are when you feel fine. Or to your current you. This is the magic password. If you have that you can get back to the happy you anytime, if possible. If you have control.. if you have enough strength to do it.
Considering what you say about your experiences of the double being in the future. Please give an example (can be general does not have to be your real example) cause I am not sure I understand what you mean..
