A few days ago I was speaking with a friend on line in the early hours of the morning. He had his cam on and there was a lull when we were not talking only listening to the same uplifting music.
Suddenly, I started squirming in my chair, feeling restless for some unknown reason, when I had felt perfectly calm just a few minutes before.
I was about to tell my friend about the sudden shift of energy when he wrote, O do stop squirming Susan,, lol. 'Course, I have no cam, so he could not see me. Well I started to breathe deeply trying to settle down, but it was not happening. I felt a tremendous amount of energy rising up and threatening to blow the top of my head off.
I tried to explain to him what was happening and he showed me how to breathe to control what he called the kundalini rising.
It was only after repeating this breathing exercise for about 20 minutes that I could feel the energy start to settle down and then there was a period of what I would call total bliss.
Incredible.
Herba, I appreciate the advice and I am practicing it.
